The Hits Just Keep On Comin’!

Well, I finally got my T-Shirt!

I’ve made the case before that this should have been free! Or @ least it should been included in the membership fee and process. But whatevs: my Red Line Club T-Shirt finally arrived…and I have to admit, it is a fantastic shade of RED! I’m still chapped about that Gulf Porsche 959, but regardless, it’s waaaay “official” now!

So, let’s open up a “Club Car!”

Also recently arrived was another RLC purchase but this one was actually a car, and one I was able to get my hands on. Imagine! So once again we have a box inside a box inside a box inside a box inside a box inside a…..

But once I finally got to it, it sure was purty! Now…what do I do with it? 😐

It’s PAYDAY! And you know what that means…

It means its time for a jaunt to Colorado Diecast, and oh man, did I get ever get spendy on this trip! There are a lot of premiums, collectors, and specials in this batch!

So of course most of these went into the “Orgy Pile,” which is what I’m now I’m calling the stack on the dining room sideboard, so these will be opened-or not-the 2nd weekend of May when Jason gets back from his trip to Germany and we get busy opening cars! I also grabbed a couple more of those cool cheap cases from Hobby Lobby today on my way back, so I’ve got all the storage I should need as well.

I’m busy planning all this, so I printed up these 3 pieces of paper for the 3 piles I’ll start making on the dining room table over the next couple of weeks as we gear up for the big event!

However, there are 3 cars from today’s score that are slated to be opened immediately, and all 3 of them are destined for the diorama! Can you tell what they are? Well, you’ll be able to see next Saturday, but in the meantime, see if you can pick out the lucky winners!
