Taking risks means getting burned sometimes, and braving exposure to the world in order to celebrate Christmas with the family was no exception. And sure enough I caught something, and by the time I got home I wasn’t feeling so good. I still don’t know, as of this writing, whether what I have is one of the now countless variants of the Wuhan Flu or if it was just a nasty cold, but to be on the safe side I decided to self-quarantine after returning home, which meant, yep, spending yet another New Year’s Eve at home alone!
So, I decided to do something I did about 4 years ago and screen this “classic” slasher flick from 1980 which I first saw as I kid when it was hosted by none other than Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. While this isn’t a great flick, it is mildly entertaining, but the entire film’s existence is redeemed by an AWESOME theme song! This is a seriously rockin’, head bangin’ jam that anyone with a pulse should enjoy, so…ENJOY IT!
Anyone interested in seeing the whole movie is in luck, since a high-quality and complete upload of it exists on “the Tube” for FREEEEE! Happy New Year, indeed!
I sure hope that you start feeling better and take care of yourself! That is a blast from the past. I hadn’t seen that in years! I’ve been watching my collection of horror movie disks here.
