YAYYYYY! I finally got my order from MEV! Now I have something to post about! Now that I’ve digested some of yesterday’s bounty, its time to start putting together these new cars! And here is the first one:
The 1962 Chevy Bel-Air wagon was the first one to be fit together, with a set of matching 5-lug wheels. Strangely I had to spend several hours fiddling with the chassis to try to detune it because it was entirely too fast! How often do you have that problem?
Well I couldn’t have a wagon outrunning all the muscle cars-wouldn’t be realistic!-so after some parts swapping I got everything dialed in the way I want it! So now its time for a Friday cruise!
This is exciting to hear and to see some news posts. What a cool wagon in that blue. With the work you have done on her she will be a grand cruiser!
