While rummaging through a 50¢ bin, the author unexpectedly finds a vintage Thunderjet diecast car in poor condition. Despite missing parts, it was acquired for free. After sourcing replacement components, the author successfully rebuilt the car, celebrating the thrill of restoration and the satisfaction of saving a classic diecast.
